Licensing & Permissions
How you can use Kid Connect Academy resources in your home, classroom, or ministry.
Kid Connect Academy resources are created with care and intention so families, teachers, and ministries can enjoy meaningful, faith-filled learning. To keep these tools accessible and to support the work behind them, the following licensing guidelines apply to all digital downloads.
⭐ Personal Use License (Included with All Purchases)
A personal use license allows you to:
• Print resources for your own children
• Use them in your own home
• Print copies as needed for personal household use
• Store digital files for your private use
A personal license does NOT allow you to share, email, resell, upload, or distribute the files to others.
⭐ Classroom License (Add-On Option)
A classroom license allows:
• Printing for one classroom, one educator
• Using resources with all students you directly teach
• Sharing printed materials with your students only
A classroom license does NOT allow school-wide distribution or sharing files with other teachers.
Ideal for:
Preschool & Pre-K teachers • Kindergarten teachers • Early learning centers • Church preschool classrooms
⭐ School / Church License (Extended License)
A school or ministry license allows:
• Use across an entire preschool, ministry, or early learning program
• Distribution by multiple teachers within the same location
• Printing for all classrooms within one campus
A school license does NOT cover multiple campuses or digital file sharing outside your organization.
⭐ Prohibited Use
These licenses do not permit:
• Reselling or redistributing files
• Uploading digital files to shared drives or Facebook groups
• Printing resources for others outside your licensed use
• Altering graphics to create new products
• Commercial use of any kind
